Spell for opening up the West by day
Hermopolis is opened and my head is sealed. O Thoth, the Eye of Horus is unblemished, the Eye of Horus saves me, and splendid are my ornaments from the brow of Re, father of the gods; I am this Osiris here in the West. Osiris knows his day, and if he does not exist in it, then I will not exist in it. I am Re who is with the gods and I will not perish; stand up, Horus, that I may number you among the gods.

Spell for entering into Abydos and being in the suite of Osiris
O you gods who are in Abydos, the whole and complete company, come joyfully to meet me and see my father Osiris who I have recognised and from whom I have come forth. I am Horus, Lord of the Black Land and of the Red Land, I have taken possession entirely of Him who cannot be conquered, whose Eye is victorious over his enemies, who protects his father who is saved from the floodwaters and also his mother; who smites his enemies, who drives away the robber thereby, who counters ther strength of the Destructive One; ruler of multitudes, monarch of the Two Lands, who smoothly takes possession of his father's house. I have been judged and I have been vindicated, I have power over my enemies, I get the better of those who would harm me, my strength is my protection. Spell for fetching a ferry-boat in the sky
Hail to you, you plateau which is in the sky north of the Great Waterway, for whoever sees it will not die. I stand upon you, I appear as a god, I cackle as a goose, I fly up thence as the falcon upon the branches.
O Dew of the Great One, I cross the earth towards the sky, I stand up as Shu, I make the sunshine to flourish on the sides of the ladder which is made to mount up to the Unwearying Stars, far from decapitation. Bring me those who repel evil when I have passed you by at the polar region of Tepen.
'Where have you come from?'
'O Tepen, I have come from the Lake of Burning in the Field of Fire.'
'What did you live on in the Lake of Burning in the Field of Fire?'
'I lived on that noble tree of Ikaa who brought these boats from the Dried-up Lake for me. The water-jar was on ... that I might stand in the Sacred Bark and guide the waters; that I might stand in the Sacred Bark and conduct the god; that I might stand up, my staff being a rod.'
'Go aboard and sail.' The gates are opened for me in Letopolis, the earth is split open for me in Wenu, and the staffs have been given to me in respect of my inheritance.

Worshipping Osiris, giving praise to him and homage to Wennefer, doing obeisance to the Lord of the Sacred Land, exalting Him who is on his sand, by N.
He says: I have come to you, O Son of Nut, Osiris, Ruler of Eternity; I am in th suite of Thoth, and I am joyful because of all that he has done. He brings to you sweet air for your nose, life and dominion for your face, and fair is the north wind which goes forth from Atum to your nostrils, O Lord of the Sacred Land. He causes the sun to shine on your breast, he illumines the dark way for you, he removes the evil which is on your body by means of the power which is on his mouth. He has pacified the Rival Gods for you, he has stopped the raging and the tumult for you, he has made the Rivals well-disposed to you, and the Two Lands are peacefully reconciled before you; he has driven anger from their hearts for you, and they fraternise with each other. Your son Horus is vindicated in the presence of the entire Ennead; the kingship over the land has been given to him, and his uraeus pervades the entire land. The throne of Geb has been allotted to him, and the potent office of Atum has been confirmed in writing in a testament which has been engraved on a block of sandstone, according as yuor father Ptah-Tatenen commanded from upon the great throne. His brother has been set for him upon the Supports of Shu, raising up water to the mountains in order to make flourishing what comes ou on the desert and the fruit which comes forth on the flat-land, and he gives produce by water and by land. The gods of the sky and the gods of the earth have entrusted the earth to your son Horus, and they follow to his court; all that he has decreed is in their sight, and they perform it immdiately.
Your heart is happy; your heart, O Lord of the Gods, possesses all joy. The Black Land and the Red Land are at peace, and they serve your uraeus; the shrines are made firm in their places, towns and nomes are established by name. They make presentation to you with god's-offerings; men make offerings to your name for ever; men call out praises to you because of your name; men present libations to your ka and invocation-offerings to the spririts who are in your suite; water is poured over halved bread-cakes for the souls of the dead in this land. Every design of yours is as effective as in its former state; appear, O Son of Nut, as the Lord of All in his glorious appearings, for you are living, permanent, young and real. Your father Re has made your body hale, your Ennead give you praise; Isis is with you and will not forsake you, and there will be no more felling of your enemies. The lords of all the lands worship your beauty like Re when he shines at dawn. You appear as one upraised on his standard, and your beauty is exalted and widespread. The kingship of Geb has been given to you, for he is your father who created your beauty. It was your mother Nut who bore the gods who brought your body into being, who bore you as the greatest of the Five Gods, who made the White Crown firm on your head, and you grasped the crook and the flail while you were yet in the womb, before you had come forth on earth. You have appeared as Lord of the Two Lands, and the Atef-crown of Re is on your brow; the gods come to you bowing down, and the fear of you pervades their bodies; they see you in the dignity of Re, and the dread of Your Majesty is in their hearts. Life is with you, food follows after you, and Truth is presented before you.
May you let me be in Your Majesty's suite as when I was on earth; may my soul be summoned, and may it find you beside the Lords of Truth. I come from the city of the god, the primeval region; soul, ka and spirit are what is in this land. Such it its god, namely the lord of Truth, possessor of provisions, rich in precious things, he to whom every land is drawn. Upper Egypt comes downstream to Lower Egypt with wind and oar to make it festive with gifts, in accordance with what its god commanded; as for anyone who rests within it, he will never have to express a wish. Happy is he who does what is right for the god in it; he will grant old age to him who does it until he reaches the blessed state, and the end of this is a happy burial in the Sacred Land.
I come to you with my hands bearing Truth, and my heart has no lies in it. I place Truth before you, for I know that you live by it. I have done no wrong in this land, and no man will suffer loss of his possessions.
I am Thoth, the skilled scribe whose hands are pure, the Lord of purity who drives away evil; who writes what is true, who detests falsehood, whose pen defends the Lord of All; master of laws who interprets writings, and whose words have settled the Two Lands.
I am Thoth, Lord of Justice, who vindicates him whose voice is hushed; protector of the poor man who has suffered loss of his property; who dispels darkness and clears away the storm. I have (given) breath to Wennefer, even the fair breeze of the north wind, as when he came forth from his mother's womb. I have caused him to enter into the secret cavern in order to revive the heart of the Inert One, Wennefer the son of Nut, the vindicated Horus.
